What is Alt Tag
An HTML attribute specified in the IMG tag (<img src=””>) to provide alternate text when an image on a Web page cannot be displayed. Since the search engines can’t read images, it is always recommended to put Alt Tag on every images. This helps search engines to recognized the image.
