He has several Microsoft certifications, in addition to a dual degree in Computer Applications and Commerce. 

He drives the overall company strategy towards global reach, excellent customer service and technological superiority. Swati joined our team 3 years back as a fresher and now she is one of our experts in the Book Marking and Blog Comments team.
